Wanneer stuur je een welkomstpakket: op dag één of eerder?

Het meest onderscheidende moment is vóór de eerste werkdag. De periode tussen het tekenen van het contract en dag één is voor veel nieuwe medewerkers stiller dan verwacht. Hoe werkt thuis bezorgen en structureel bestellen?

Bestel je voor 12:00 uur, dan versturen we dezelfde dag nog (of op de dag die jij bij je bestelling aangeeft). Geen minimale afname, geen voorraadbeheer, geen gedoe met verpakken. Wel dezelfde uitstraling bij elke nieuwe collega.

Wat als mijn nieuwe collega geen groene vingers heeft?

Daarna bestel je per nieuwe medewerker, op factuur, zonder minimale afname. Je kunt de BloomsBox ook zonder account gepersonaliseerd bestellen. Je upload dan gewoon je gewenste gravering bij je bestelling.
